All orders from this website are accepted and dependent upon the Delivery Conditions stated below. Our products are subject to an additional charge for postage and packing to that stated on the specific product pages within the website and orders are despatched from our main Distribution Centres in the UK and in Germany. Delivery charges are automatically calculated based upon the total weight value and the final destination of the order.
Therefore, the heavier the items and the greater the distance from the UK and/or Germany, the more expensive the delivery charge will be. If you ask us to check this information for you, we will confirm the most up-to-date rates with you for approval so that you can promptly proceed with your order. Because of different world time-zones, this additional check can take up to 24 hours unfortunately, however the savings to you, the customer, can be substantial if you are ordering lots of heavy items especially. As stated previously, all actual delivery charges will be dependent upon weight, our delivery rates and the final destination. You can view this delivery cost during the check-out process whilst placing your order. If you wish to find out how much our delivery charges will be to send your order to your own country in advance of you placing an order, please contact us with details of your potential order, delivery timeframes and destination and we will confirm to you the actual cost for the postage. All products ordered on a weekday will normally be despatched within 2 days of the order being placed pending credit card clearance; this does not include weekends or local UK/European Bank Holidays.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes:
UK Within the UK, you should receive your order within 3-7 days of placing your order pending credit card clearance, depending on where your order is being despatched from. The method is usually via standard first-class postage or via Parcel Force if the order is required urgently for our Magnet Therapy products (which are sent out from the UK), or via DHL if your order is being sent from Germany. Your delivery will therefore require a signature if the item is couriered to you. Europe Delivery timeframes again are dependent upon your destination and the total weight of the order. Our Magnet Therapy products are generally despatched from the UK via standard Air-Mail unless otherwise requested, however, there is no tracking service on this method of despatch. So, with regards to our Magnet Therapy products only, the manufacturer will not reimbourse for orders that are not received at the destination via this method. Therefore, if you wish to ensure prompt delivery of your magnet therapy product order, please request at the time of placing your order that you wish your item to be sent by courier. This means that you are guaranteed to receive your order very promptly, but there will be an additional cost for this service. All of our other products listed on this website are despatched to you via registered air-mail for which a signature will be required. With regards to our courier service, we always endeavour to pick the cheapest method for you, however a signature will always be required to check proof of delivery, so do bear this in mind. For delivery into mainland Europe, methods can include Air-Mail, Courier, DHL or International Signed-For which can take anything between 3 - 7 working days, depending upon the final destination and method of delivery. Rest of the World For delivery to the rest of the world, methods can include Standard Air-Mail, International Signed-For or DHL which can take anything between 5 - 12 working days, depending upon the final destination and method of delivery.
Our Magnet Therapy products are generally despatched from the UK via standard Air-Mail unless otherwise requested, however please note again, there is no tracking service on this method of despatch. Yet, if you're not in a hurry for your order and you can wait longer than the estimated delivery timeframes stated above, then do let us know, and we will endeavour to find an even cheaper but longer delivery method for you, so please feel free to contact us. IMPORTANT: Local Customs Import Duties and Taxes. Please note that for all Customers outside of the UK and the EU, your imported goods may well be subject to import duties and taxes which are not included in our basic delivery charges. Each destination country has its own different tariffs, rules and regulations concerning import duties and taxes. Therefore, if this does apply to your country, these duties and taxes would need to be paid locally in your own country by you, before your parcel will be released for delivery by your local customs and excise office.
