All orders from this website are accepted and dependent upon the Delivery Conditions stated below.  

At present, all our magnet-therapy related products are subject to an additional charge for postage and packing and orders are despatched from our main Distribution Centre in the UK.  Delivery charges are automatically calculated based upon the total weight value and the final destination of the order.  Therefore, the heavier the items and the greater the distance from the UK, the more expensive the delivery charge will be.

Please note that we always endeavour to keep our delivery costs to a minimum and we only charge you the actual costs incurred to us.

All delivery costs stated on the invoice are in UK Pounds Sterling £ and all costs are subject to change without notice. 

For those orders that weigh more than a total of 2kg which are to be sent to a destination outside the UK and outside Europe, we will ask whether you would like us to check to see whether we can get even further reduced delivery costs for you. 

If you ask us to check this information for you, we will confirm the most up-to-date reduced rates with you for approval so that you can promptly proceed with your order.  Because of different world time-zones, this additional check can take up to 24 hours unfortunately, however the savings to you, the customer, can be substantial if you are ordering lots of heavy items especially.  As stated previously, all actual delivery charges will be dependent upon weight, our negotiated special rates and the final destination.  

If you wish to find out how much our additional delivery charge will be to send your order to your own country in advance of you placing an order, please contact us with details of your potential order, delivery timeframes and destination and we will confirm to you the actual cost for the postage.

All products ordered on a weekday will normally be despatched within 2 days of the order being placed pending credit card clearance; this does not include weekends or UK Bank Holidays.  
 
Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

UK
Within the UK, you should receive your order within 3-4 days of placing your order pending credit card clearance.  In most cases, you should receive your order the next working day after the date of despatch.  The method is usually registered first-class postage or Parcel Force and your delivery will therefore require a signature.

Europe
Delivery timeframes outside the UK are dependent upon your destination and the total weight of the order.  We always endeavour to pick the cheapest method for you, however a signature will always be required to check proof of delivery, so do bear this in mind, as this does cost a little extra too. 

For delivery into mainland Europe, methods can include Road Courier, Interlink, AirSure or International Signed-For which can take anything between 3 - 7 working days, depending upon the final destination and method of delivery.

Rest of the World
For delivery to the rest of the world, methods can include AirSure or International Signed-For which can take anything between 5 - 10 working days, depending upon the final destination and method of delivery.

Yet, if you're not in a hurry for your order and you can wait longer than the estimated delivery timeframes stated above, then do let us know, and we will endeavour to find an even cheaper but longer delivery method for you, so please feel free to contact us.


IMPORTANT: Local Customs Import Duties and Taxes.  Please note that for all Customers outside of the UK and the EU, your imported goods may well be subject to import duties and taxes which are not included in our basic delivery charges.  Each destination country has its own different tariffs, rules and regulations concerning import duties and taxes.  Therefore, if this does apply to your country, these duties and taxes would need to be paid locally in your own country by you, before your parcel will be released for delivery by your local customs and excise office.
