However, if in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase of any Norstar BioMagnetic Product having followed the usage instructions, all products have a 14-day full money-back guarantee if returned in an unused/unsoiled condition, in its original undamaged packaging.

For all returns, you should initially contact Vibrational Energies for Healing on +61 (0)8 9341 1569 or through the Contact section of our website for a ‘Returns Authorisation Code’ and also for details of our UK Distribution Centre postal address. 

Once you have this info, you must return the products within 14 days of receiving your original order which must be received in the UK within 28 days from the date you notified Vibrational Energies for Healing of the return.  Full refunds do not include freight costs to the UK which must be accepted by you. 

Monies will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the product returns; however, refunds of this nature will normally be made within 72 hours, and will be made to the Paypal account from which the original payment was made.
