These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice, so therefore please check back regularly for future updates. All product prices and delivery costs stated throughout this website are in Euros € and all are subject to change without prior notice. PRODUCT RETURNS It is the responsibility of you, as the customer to be fully aware of the product description, product usage instructions and appropriate product care advice in advance of placing your order. Product returns are a very rare occurrence. However, if in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase of any product because it is deemed faulty having followed the usage instructions, you must contact ‘Vibrational Energies for Healing’ directly to report the defect or damage within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a full refund, you will therefore need to return the item to us in the same condition in which you received it, ie. unsoiled and in its original undamaged packaging. Please note that full refunds do NOT include product return postage costs to our manufacturers in either the UK or Germany which must be accepted by you. For all returns, you should initially contact ‘Vibrational Energies for Healing’ on either +44 (0)1865 600415 (UK) or +34 965478718 (Spain) for a ‘Returns Authorisation Code’ and also to obtain details of our Manufacturer's Distribution Centre postal address to which the item is to be returned. Refunds for product returns will NOT be made without prior notification and confirmation of a Returns Authorisation Code from us. Once you have this info, you must return the products which must be received by the relevant product manufacturers who are located in either the UK or Germany within 28 days of their original product despatch date to you. All returns must include a full written and clear explanation of the issue that you are experiencing, so please be as descriptive as possible regarding the problem you have had with your product. All shipping and handling charges for returning products are to be accepted and borne by the buyer. To ensure the safe return of the product to us, we suggest that you return any item valued at more than Euro €50 with a tracking number and with a signature upon delivery (recorded delivery). If the order is valued at Euro €60 or more, we suggest that you insure the shipment for the value of the product(s). This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. PRODUCT REFUNDS If you decide to withdraw from your purchase within the first 7 days after delivery and there is no fault with the product, you must notify us of your decision to do this within the first 7 days following delivery. In this instance, we will refund the original cost of the item and the original cost of sending the item to you, as follows: (1) if you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund a pro-rata equivalent of the original order delivery charge that you had incurred, (2) if you are returning an entire order, we will refund the total delivery charges that you originally incurred. Please note that full refunds do NOT include product return postage costs to our product manufacturers in either the UK or Germany which must be accepted by you. If however, you decide to withdraw from your purchase between 7 and 28 days after delivery (or between 7 and 14 days in the case of larger items) and there has been no error on our part, ‘Vibrational Energies for Healing’ is only required to refund the original cost of the item. ‘Vibrational Energies for Healing’ may issue full or partial refunds for an order. If a new and unwanted item is returned opened, ‘Vibrational Energies for Healing’ has the right to deduct a reasonable re-stocking fee from your refund. Refunds are typically processed by ‘Vibrational Energies for Healing’ within one week. The funds will be deposited back in your Paypal account and we will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The best protection against e-Smog is to avoid it physically (ie. it’s strongly recommended that you switch off your electrical supply and devices at the fuse box at night especially). However, if you have to remain in an area where radiation is emitted, our AkuRy® products can help make these frequency emissions more tolerable for the body’s energetic systems. Be aware that the functionality of our AkuRy® products is only partly confirmed by research and that its positive effects cannot be guaranteed. Under the Therapeutic Products Advertising Code, we are obliged to state that our AkuRy® products therefore do not represent a cure, nor do we promise total ‘protection’ against e-Smog as such. It's important to be aware that most 'energetically-sensitive' individuals in fact will quickly 'feel' the difference when using our AkuRy® products. Our testing and research confirms that AkuRy® products are powerful and they work well. If however, you do not notice improvements yourself, then please rest assured that the products are indeed perfoming and that they do help make electromagnetic frequency emissions much more tolerable for the body’s energetic systems.
